    "C’mon chuk that’s the lamest excuse I have ever heard, it’s cancelled because MNB never achieve anything on time.
    I'm not making excuses.
    The original story to say it was to be inaugurated was only a couple of weeks old so was most likely an error to begin with and it looks like Minbos corrected it in this new media release.
