The issue for the MNB finance providers is getting the odds stacked in their favour.
This "deal" is high risk. No contracts in place, extensive infrastructure is to be built, and management is untested in this space.
The gloss has gone off fertilizer in terms of investor interest. eg look at the "investor/gamblers" move to Bitcoin, Tech, Gold, and even Utilities of late.
I would not be surprised to see a further extension announced and if so, it will suggest access to finance has hit a wall.
