The company had cash on hand of $4.6mill at the beginning of the year. That's almost half of your stated $10mill requirement.
IDC loan for $21mill is very likely to be received in the next 1-2 months.
Production and cash flows are expected soon after mid year and will contribute to staff and admin costs for 2024 in addition to the $4.6mill cash on hand at the start of the year.
Why all the downramping?
You claim you want to balance the positive posts but it doesn't help to do that that with continuous incorrect or incomplete information that paints a misleading picture.
