Interesting to read that Rob Annells has transferred 41m shares from a personal account into an indirect account. Why bother? Might be a tax reason? I'm wondering if he thinks that there is a very strong likelihood that LKO is going to go for a run in 2009 (given the potential news of merger, appraisal wells and exploration at Wombat)and it will look better/be more acceptable to share holders to sell some stock as an indirect holding than a direct holding when the bounce occurs?
Guess we won't know but I do wonder if this is an indicator of management confidence doing a runner some time in 2009.
Time will tell.
Holding LKO.
