Just a rough guess. Nothing more.

That is very different to the forecast operating cash flow of $A37m in the base case.

But even if there is a mix of product spec, then somewhere in those ranges.

If that becomes their 22 year operation ? then you can think about this being valued a multiple of those earnings.

For a stock that has a mc of 17m, is a fair bet that they will go the value add to higher spec. Silly if they dont.
= great potential, just depends on what debt equity they raise for project finance.

Happy to hold early and let this value be discovered by the market.
