I managed to tune into sky news and the SA premier (don't know his name) was making a pretty impassioned speech about hydrogen, bhp and desalination plants to supply water to BHP steel mills. I have to say being from NSW I found the speech what I have dreamed about for many years from government. All the way through the speech I was excitedly hoping he was going to mention IRD, but to no avail.
everything he was saying was exactly the plan of IRD. desal, wind turbines, power production and water production.
I am heavily invested in SA mineral companies and it is fantastic to see a premier with such a dream of turning their state into a huge industrial, yet environmentally friendly, complex!!!
