Thanks to you guys for unpacking the announcement. I thought the same about scrapping stage 1 in favour of lighting up the afterburners on the project. I believe we will get a strong nudge from the green hydrogen story. It would be a shame to miss the bus if the farming interests can, t get their heads around what’s on offer here. Historically the port at Cape Hardy has been delayed . Surely The farmers rep’s and Portalis can make it happen this time around.
Our state needs projects /employment in rural locations. As for the price of iron or it will always fluctuate but we can’t just waste time till it improves we need to be ready to go like an athlete who has done the training who gets to the start line. JMO
