    re: Ann: Cape Lambert Finalises Marampa Infra... It only took 3.5 years from binding term sheet (16th July 2010) to agreement (24 Dec 2013).
    Even on 26th Sept Sept 2013 they said in ASX Ann "Infrastructure agreement to be finalised within 2 weeks"

    This is getting to be a bore, when will anything really happen?

    Sorry I used to be optimistic re CFE but it has been a long time between celebratory drinks.

    CAPE LAMBERT SIGNS BINDING TERM SHEET FOR ACCESS
    AND OWNERSHIP OF MARAMPA INFRASTRUCTURE
    Key Points:
    ? Binding term sheet signed with African Minerals formalising
    ownership and access rights to Marampa railway and Pepel Port
    (“Marampa Infrastructure”) in Sierra Leone, West Africa,
    ? Refurbished railway will have capacity to transport approximately
    10 Mtpa, with commensurate port stockpiling, berthing and ship
    loading facilities,
    ? Cape Lambert to have initial rights to 2 Mtpa throughput from 2011,
    and has been granted an option by African Minerals to match any
    third party offer to acquire its stake in Marampa Infrastructure, and

    Highlights:
    - Cape Lambert Resources Limited finalises binding agreement with African Minerals Limited for Marampa infrastructure access;
    - Agreement grants Marampa access rights to transport and export 2Mwtpa of iron concentrate via existing Pepel rail and port infrastructure;
