I also tend to think it is a positive as it is a facility only if necessary, helping with at least near term working capital, Patience payments etc.

I still believe we are within the time frame on this point of the settlement agreement:

• within 3 months from the date of the Settlement Agreement, Cape Lambert will provide certification from a financier that project development funding has been approved

Hopefully a big announcement by around 10 July or earlier? Any strategic partner announcement could send this into a major re-rate IMO.
