without seeing the full agreement we are in the dark. my hope is that Tony is a savy operator and knows what he is doing. presumably he has good advisers..
i wonder (among other questions):
1) whether the 8 mil loan is secured against the asset? for 6.25 % return i sure hope so
2) whether CFE has recourse if no or minimal ore is mined by Timis mining.'
4) does timis have an obligation to buy oxide from CFE on certain paramaters?
5) how much oxide does CFE have? can it sell amounts to other parties if it has more than 100 mil tones?
Tony is close to Timis and is heavily involved in the region so i will rely on his judgment and history as a deal maker
