“Timis Mining is likely to seek access to African Minerals’ rail and port,” Rob Clifford, an analyst at Deutsche Bank AG in London, wrote today in a note to clients. “The Board ought to ensure that any discussions with Timis Mining need to be transparent, arms length and at defensible economic terms. We are concerned that this may not be the case.”

Looks like Timis will need to deal with African Minerals, of which he is chairman.
