Great announcement. Pity its coming out when Wall Street is copping such a hit atm. Will just have to be patient as this mine is clearly going ahead and at some point the market is going to have to acknowledge this. I think once a bit of the uncertainty resolves with inflation, interest rates and the federal election we should see confidence return and EQR will suddenly appear as a very cheap bet.
