I'm curious if they have a very high conviction of a 5-10 year timeline. I've been critical to date but am perhaps becoming ok with the idea. I have to think past the immediate drag.
In that volume & price growth will happen and whomever has additional scale will have cost reduction. Plus our alternatives are greenfields (impractical) or to purchase an alternative competitor, slide 7 of the presentation. From the UK Capio buy I'd back the logic behind a devil you know. At least will be a darn sight easier than a German only company company.
