I think you may be confused, @Baracuda. Remember to read the notes to the financial statements, not just the balance sheet.
As at December 2021 they had trade receivables due of just US$98K, on payment terms of 30-90 days:
In the quarter (90 days) immediately following that, they reported receipts of US$205K:
