My understanding is the issue price would be counted as 91.5% of the higher price using average daily vwap during pricing period (ends in late March and early April) and the minimum price notified by the company which I assumed would be 50c (minimum obligation).
The difference between the issue price and the selling price I assumed would be considered as their commission. Given the exercise of option costs LDA 15c or 20c, I would have thought the issue price needs to be above 71-76 to breakeven (zero commission), provided the additional 10M shares are not approved.
Whether they will be in the next quarterly or not, it depends on the timing of the selling.
Giving the capital raising opportunity to the retailers may detriment the share price. The pricing period ends in late March or early April and LDA could only sell certain amount of shares daily. Giving this capital raising to the retailers, it may dig deeper well. Retailers can sell anytime and in one go.
