I think that you are pretty correct there @Jfibbo, this LDA Call Notice has been sitting there waiting to come into play all year.
LDA are no angels, and they are in the business of making money & BRN has to honor the terms of their contract with LDA. However this is the final Call in the current contract.
What I would like to see, is BRN making some money, that's what I'm here for, but we also have some serial snipers about. I don't mind some fair criticism from time to time, but when someone goes on like a scratched record all day, every day, it's boring definitely - but we also know that these people would have an agenda.
