What's better than getting funding as you need without a bank loan or have another company take over part control?...that's the LDA deal!
Yes, it's going to dilute the shares a bit but the SP will fix itself when the time comes, no matter how many shares have been issued. When products with Akida have been thoroughly tested and go into production, the SP will be what it deserves no matter how many times it has been diluted with the LDA deal...at that stage, you are looking at a company that is raking in money with no debt and little overheads due to its core IP business model...something to look forward to, so stay cool
