All based on expectations. Only the short term swing traders got in the start of August, and thought one announcement will make them double. Unfortunately (for them) with this one, the trigger was to sell. They move on the the next juicy looker. Up to them.
Good riddance. Time = money. Time spent doing research and holding with a strong company will profit more than time always looking for the next hot stuff at the dance floor. Efficient use of time... and money comes to those who wait.
