Nowhere in the announcement does the company say the date of the call notice only that "it has submitted" not when
They could have issued the notice 10 days ago and this announcement is confirmation of what has happened.
Interestingly BRN is committed to raise a further $5.3 million before 21 Oct if this raise was at net 45 cents.
Anyway nice to have money coming in over next few months just before own revenues start to kick in.
The last of capital raisings is my guess
