Fair dinkum, I reckon you'd get a hundred thumbs up if you posted a blank sheet. Imagine what would happen if you posted analysis that actually moved the market.
My understanding is that it was a put option, and LDA already held the shares, which means that they were already issued. As there were no new shares issued for this transaction there should be no dilution of existing shares from the transaction (the dilution would have occurred when the shares that LDA held were issued.
In any case, another 300 plus thread about a house keeping announcement by Brainchip. Some of the brainwashed need to get a life.
