A couple of obvious candidates for news flow would be extending the Magik Eye partnership and TSMC handing over the first batch of Akida chips. The call is only for 8.75 million shares and we need $9.2M to satisfy our obligation to LDA. Do we have announcements to get the SP high enough to hit that mark? I thinking probably not and another call will be needed before the October deadline.
If we had market breaking news like a major EAP partner willing to step out from behind a NDA then I think the call would have been for more shares to access the $34M available from LDA.
Whatever news is released it should see the SP take a good leg up.
