I have an infected ear and now that you have replied and I have looked again at your post again I have no idea why it was not immediately clear I will blame the drugs.
All the nonsense about having too many shares on issue is destroyed by the fact that 1.2 billion or as you say 71.38% of the shares are held by only 1000 shareholders. This seems an entirely manageable register.
