I was more than happy to be transparent about my day trade because I’m not trying to prove anything to anyone. I had some spare cash laying in my trading account so I thought I’d put it to use for a few hours. Bought in and sold out for the same price so essentially no harm in having a punt with some beer money for the day.
Day trading is risky for a reason - you don’t know with any certainty what the very short term movements of a SP will be. Sometimes you can land it, and sometimes you don’t.
Some might say taking a day trade is akin to going long on BRN in terms of risk profile.
