Yes every capital raise dilutes the value of my shareholding.

This raise has reduced the value of my shareholding by 0.00000135%.

This is the gross dilution of the value to which I should add back the increase in capital reserves of the company by having received the proceeds of the raise. This will be a precise amount but likely well above $4 million US dollars.

Then there will be the intangible value added by having the free capital to expend on adding more people to the sales team to service customer needs and also accelerate the process of finding a new CEO.

But yes every extra share issued causes dilution which in this case is 0.00000135%.
