    “Proceeds will also be used to strengthen the sales & marketing team in anticipation of the
    launch of Akida later this year...How about we focus on the current 2 dozen NDA and get these from NDA to customers.......

    If the announcement read " Proceeds will be used to strengthen the numbers in our engineering team" Poor PR attempt....
