You conveniently left out the indicative open price prior to the announcement and after the announcement.
Earlier this morning it was @ $5.5, before settling at $5.45 prior to the ANN.
After the ANN it's now sitting at $5.35.
For the record, I don't think the indicative open is a great guide for the rest of the day's trading necessarily.
