I have been involved a fair few explorer consolidations now - not one of them worked out well for us retail shareholders. It is a lot more effort to 10 bag a $1 share than it is to 10 bag a 1c share. They all promise that it will bring in new investors and they are looking to create value and wealth for share holders, but it does not happen. It just means they can dilute more. This is how specs go. Hard lesson for us all to learn.
I really hope I am wrong about this one, but XTC does not have a track record of doing much right.
