Well 200-1 a bit tough to take but IMO we have been talking about this for over a year now. Tough pill to swallow but we won't be able to stop it. Last GM they talked BS because they new what was happening behind the scenes. IMO they have been stalling announcements for this and there will be NO announcements until it is done. IMO they have the permits and probably have re-entered the previous hole. I believe they will get this done and there will be announcement after announcement. Don't forget they want the money for the options which will be now XTCO 70cents and XTCOA $3. There is over 30 million dollars there. They are not short of cash and won't have to CR if all the option come in. But they have just less than 1 year for XTCOA. I would think they will want get the consolidation out of the way by the end of JULY.
