I'm just looking at the market cap, the amount of silver in the reserve (that's not even considering the resource estimate), the amount of money spent to develop the mine to this point and how much would that be worth to a suitor? Definitely more than $30 million. But then again, I have a lowish average on my holding (35 cents) so being aggressive right now is worth it in my mind. If I had an average of 80 cents I would be more hesitant.
