Yes, I noticed that to. In this market the bottom end of the range is more likely - a paltry 24c per share - significantly below some of the wild statements made on HC. But 24c is of course based on having funds to complete the BFS, however the report has been issued to justify raising ONLY $10m, another $70m is still required to build a pilot plant AND complete the BFS. Meanwhile time is marching on and on and on.
Next capital raising likely to be at least 15% below current market price - the smart money knows this - short positions continues to increase daily - now over 6m shares!
