guss, those that regularly follow this thread would understand that the point I am making is that regardless of how much Rare Earth China has or doesn't have ,countries such as Japan etc would feel more comfortable with a regular supply of Rare Earths from outside of China, and not feel like they are being blackmailed to manufacture in China to secure a regular supply of Rare Earths.
That being the case investors will look at Rare Earths companies outside of China such as Arafura as a good investment.
