And all those projections of timeframes etc would be in an absolutly ideal scenario, 36 months to complete construction?....highly unlikely closer to 5 years & another 3 years of commionsing / ramp up ..IF YOUR LUCKY...realistically 5 years to get to optimsation...so 2020 + .....this post will be like a red rag to a bull to a certain poster but IMHO ...closer to realismn...Again....one for the grand kids....but one day will be worth a fortune...IMO
