Basically the only good news is the buy back, but the fine print is can be cancelled any time, I would like to see some announcements that they need to lodge when they actually transact on the market, until then could just be more games. My opinion is that they have been made aware of the ASIC and ASX investigations, and trying to appease shareholders to vote the Embark deal through now, as looks like it will need to go to vote, and they probably aware that they are riding the edge of what is legal with the deal so trying get shareholders happy to vote it through. The buy back and PR is a step in the right direction if it actually goes ahead.
