Totally agree mate. They have broken ASX listing rules which is why this is being put to a vote. They tried to go behind our backs and got caught out. I agree it should be voted down, it should be voted down to get better value for our money through the EBV deal. I.E. No management fees on shares that we already own and lower management fees in line with other LIC's.

Current MMJ management could have introduced a dividend by themselves without EBV. If this deal goes through I feel it will put a drain on our profits that outweighs the benefits coming from EBV.
