Sad but true. ASIC backed down from conflict of interest, and ASX just ensured that protocol was observed.

While the ASX has helped enforce MMJ follow what needs to be done, its just slowed down the inevitable, no resolutions are ever voted against in the history of this company, I guess we are lucky they havent put in resolution for remuneration of $1 mill pa for each board member and management .. would likely go through too. GLTAH, just gotta hope that Peter Wall will look after himself in the sense that he wants the shares to go up as well.
