All the stuff directors can and can't do is in the Constitution, but in regards to PW, the shares held in his trust are classed as a 'relevant interest' so they're treated the same way as if they were in his name.
I'm sure most of us are getting charged more than 0.5% on our super so that's not a concern for me. As for the PRs, we'll have to wait and see what the hurdles are before getting annoyed.
