re: Ann: Capital management and future direct... Agreed. No sense in taking less than NTA. The $1.45 cash return would be a good outcome with realsisation of Baycorp over time. The other proposal is simply to allow HCI to gain control of the company and get rid of us pesky shareholders. Don't want to deal with another Isoft situation so definitely no new investments.
