Thought the sale was sound as showed the rigs they have on the balance sheet have real value and maybe the balance sheet is under valued.
Good that 11 of the rigs are in operation.
I would prefer a buy back and reduced debt over a dividend until cashflow is achieved over a few periods but understand retails investors value dividends and this may help the share price.
31 cents looks cheap. Inflation in the past has been supportive for commodity prices and mining so it will be interesting if the negative sentiment is just short term as the general market is sold off
