The company does not have 14 million in the bank, that's payable at the end of the loan, unless of course the people who have undertaken the loan default and don't pay for their allocated shares. The program is only gaining interest and most of the raised capital has been spent on this years budget. I find it a sad state of affairs the company's main source of income comes from interest collected from their shareholder base. How many announcements this year have been about their own money make schemes as opposed to developing tangible projects?
