My understanding from commentry on this site, there is a likelihood that Messers Moore and Blackburn are to be in India to give a briefing to the relevant ministers of the coal and steel ministries on or around the 14th. I would expect that the CEO's of NLC & NMDC would want to be in attendance as well. The briefing would fulfill all the requirements for the deal to be signed and as all parties involved will be in the same place can we expect the documents to be signed?
