As I explained to Satin, the ELF loans are limited recourse which means that if they are not paid, the most that can be recouped is the shares held as security. Whilst there are many options for us to deal with these shares in the event of default, one of the final options available would be a selective buyback of those shares where the loans owed are exchanged for returning the stock.
