ECT made a strategic decision after missing out on ALDP to focus on its India opportunity. Btw, missing out on ALDP was not due to the technology but mainly due to the lack of supporting local infrastructure
This decision was wade in 2014 and the clock should start there. Most decisions made since have been to support this strategic decision. The outcome of that decision should be realised in 2019.
5 year roadmap
Want to invest in an R&D company, That's the deal at a minimum
Want to invest in a start up pharma, biotech etc. You can double if you're lucky
Want to make a quick buck, hit the casino and try your luck.
Want to complain about what you invested in. Buy a mirror
