As far as I'm aware in your case you'll have a capital gain of 4c per share. As far as I understand and someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe your remaining shares will have a zero cost base so if you sell in the future all proceeds will equal your taxable gains. You'll get a whopping big CGT discount though.
