Rolling out Wendy's is going to be hard work & will cost money (please, no more dilution). But IF it works it will work well.
Good to hear Gloria Jean's Coffee is doing nicely in Texas. GJ is an international brand and it's value will someday exceed the rest of the company. I recall saying in the 90s that Cochlear would someday exceed its parent company's market cap & got laughed at. Totally different industry, I know. But relevant.
