True. Starbucks regretted it's decision to depart Australia back in the day. Eventually 7/11 Japan brought it back & it is doing nicely.
My biggest problem with a Wendy's JV is the possibility of further dilution. Rolled out intelligently a JV could work well. But it's going to be hard yakka in the beginning. Who's going to fund this? Banks have been burnt, it'd have to be Soul Patts or the rest of us mugs.
im very confident of RFGs eventual success. Many lessons have been learnt. The future is a lot rosier than this time last year.
