this only confirms why serious investors will never back this company while it’s a private closed shop club for insiders.

What a game - push a dilutive low price rights issue down the throat of the register and then loan the money raised straight back to the big man, why raise any money in the first place if you don’t need it?

obviously Zeta strapped for cash and Botha and Sullivan respond to instruction. I am amazed they can play these games and not be embarrassed.
