There’s a reason why they had to change their strategy from mining gold at Hill End to acquiring HPA, because Hill End is a duster.
And there’s also a reason why they had to give up mining HPA and acquire Copper Hills, because they found that the land at Ballarat is not profitable when they did the PFS (from memory).
