My view is that with only circa 32M SOI, another 4.2M won't matter an iota re dilution. In order for any investor to get a sizeable chunk - it won't be done on market. And it badly needs a lot more shares circulating on market to get the masses excited.
Get this thing out there and advertise what the coy is doing in India. EOY reports should help, hope so anyway!!
