Another stock went down but NOR went down further and on higher than average volume (ave. volume 160k source: Yahoo Finance). And somehow this is positive for NOR.

PO has dangled carrots for 20+ quarters, IMO. It is always things are progressing and he is delighted etc IMO. But nothing ever happens IMO.

We are currently in the 12th quarter without a new customer (non related party). The last telco sale was in December 2018 to Spark. This is 12 quarters to date. This is immutable

And Tot still has a job (source: LinkedIn).
