Artemis is pleased to announce that it has received binding commitments from institutional and sophisticated investors to raise gross proceeds of A$10.0m by way of a share placement Placement Taylor Collison acted as Sole Lead Manager to the Placement. The Placement was significantly oversubscribed.

The trading halt is necessary as the Company has withdrawn the capital raise and expects to make an announcement in relation to this and the Carlow Castle resource review.
27th Jan 2022
The Company has received firm commitments to raise £5.0m (~A$9.5m) at 3.75 pence (~7.1 cents) per share from institutional and sophisticated investors to gain a dual listing on the AIM in London.
